Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the creation and execution of talent development programs and events.
2. Developing targeted communication and change management strategies.
3. Participating in employer branding and community engagement initiatives.
4. Organizing workshops, community meetings, and presentations.
5. Maintaining digital information platforms to ensure resource accessibility.

Qualifications:

• Currently studying psychology, business administration, social sciences, or related fields, preferably with a focus on HR management.
• Interest in HR with some practical experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and understanding.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital collaboration tools.
• Fluent in English;
  - oriented and responsible work ethic.
