YOUR TASKS

• Develop and deliver training programs for PM and EPC staff, including onboarding, upskilling, and certification modules.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content reflects current processes, tools, and compliance requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Maintain and update training materials in line with evolving project methodologies and tools.
• Support the implementation of digital learning platforms and
  - learning modules.
• Act as a knowledge ambassador, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in project management, EPC, or service roles in the wind industry;
• Good understanding of project lifecycle, risk management, and EPC contract structures.
• Good communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and LMS platforms.
