What will you be doing in this role?
- Provide administrative and logistical support for all organizational training initiatives, including team development, coaching, seminars, conferences, communities of practice, and "TED Talk"-style events.
- Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs aligned with the organization’s core priorities.
- Assist in planning and coordinating technical, soft skills, and corporate training activities related to organizational processes, services, and capabilities.
- Draft statements of work, liaise with external training providers to request quotes, create purchase requisitions, process invoices, and manage the

- end training coordination process for assigned training services or portfolios. - Facilitate staff nominations, coordinate participation, and manage enrolment of participants in courses.
- Plan and organize learning events related to the induction program and other
- hoc training or learning events. - Collect and analyze feedback from instructors and participants after each training session; evaluate and provide recommendations on training materials and delivery methods.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), training coordinators, and key stakeholders to ensure relevance and quality of learning initiatives.
- Manage course iterations, training seats, and training requests using the Training Management System (TMS).
- Maintain accurate training records and information on available learning opportunities.
- Monitor the execution of training and travel budgets.
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with at least 3 years of
- qualification experience, or a secondary educational qualification with 5 years of relevant experience. - Experience managing learning, training, and professional development activities for a large organization.
- Experience facilitating
- building activities. - Proven ability to manage the full training cycle, including needs assessment, planning, development, coordination, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Power
Point, and Share
Point. - Ability to prioritize tasks, organize multiple responsibilities with competing deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Advanced organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and adopt a flexible approach, responding reliably and effectively to changing requirements in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
- An active security clearance at NATO Secret level is mandatory at the time of application.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English is required (B2 level).
