We are looking for a talented and accomplished Training Manager to be responsible for supervising an assigned team to meet or exceed client/corporate goals.
As a Training Manager in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Management, control, ownership and further development of Foundever agreed training control, training assurance and training improvement activities on operations across Foundever.
- Steer/coordinate training actions to improve performance.
- Manage a group of trainers.
- Lead, teach, onboard and evaluate new trainers.
- Oversee trainer attendance and performance.
- Prepare and present reports on training program KPIs.
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
- Communicate with operations managers on training delivery and other topics where training is directly or indirectly related.
- Work closely with the learning department.
- Attend and participate in meetings with operations managers and Team leads to discuss outputs of training sessions.
- Provide and present relevant information for Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Training Reports.
- This role will work with the Operational teams to support in the training delivery.
- Management practices, ensuring that all aspects and areas related to the Training processes and initiatives are reflected in the design and respected throughout the service.
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
- Native or proficient level of English (C1) - mandatory
- Excellent client management skills
- Good organization skills
- Experience of relevant training and coaching techniques
- Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to make fair and consistent judgments and decisions
- Ability to solve problems and offer suggestions
- Ability to influence behavior
- Effective project management
- Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures

- Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Porto, Portugal
- Availability to work in a 100% office in our Site in Porto
- Schedule is from Monday to Friday - 8h to 17h
Education and experience
1. Experience as Trainer, Learning Specialist or Training Manager - mandatory
2. Bachelor’s degree or directly related work experience
