We are looking for a talented and accomplished Training Managerto be responsible for supervising an assigned team to meet or exceed client /corporate goals.

As aTraining Managerin this project, your daily responsibilities will include:

Management, control, ownership and further development Foundever agreed training control, training assurance and training improvement activities on operations across the Foundever the Globe.
Steer/coordinate training actions to improve performance.
Manage a group of trainers.
Lead, teach, onboard and evaluate new trainers.
Oversee trainer attendance and performance.
Prepare and present reports on training program KPIs.
Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
Communicates with operations managers on training delivery and other topics where training is directly or indirectly related.
Works closely with the learning department.
Attends and participates in meetings with operations managers and Team leads to discuss outputs of training sessions.
Provides and presents relevant information for Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Training Reports.
This role will work with the Operational teams to support in the training delivery.
Management practices, ensuring that all aspects and areas related to the Training processes and initiatives are reflected in the design and respected throughout the service.

To succeed in the role, you will need to have:

Native or proficient level ofEnglish (C1) - mandatory
Good organization skills
Experience of relevant training and coaching techniques
Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
Ability to make fair and consistent judgments and decisions
Ability to solve problems and offer suggestions
Ability to influence behavior
Effective project management
Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching,

- job or in classroom training,
- learning, workshops, simulations)
Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Porto, Portugal
Availability to work in a 100% office in our Site in Porto
Schedule is from Monday to Friday - 8h to 17h
