Training Manager - Porto, Portugal

We are looking for a talented and accomplished Training Manager to be responsible for supervising an assigned team to meet or exceed client /corporate goals.
As a Training Manager in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Management, control, ownership and further development Foundever agreed training control, training assurance and training improvement activities on operations across the Foundever the Globe.
- Steer/coordinate training actions to improve performance.
- Manage a group of trainers.
- Lead, teach, onboard and evaluate new trainers.
- Oversee trainer attendance and performance.
- Prepare and present reports on training program KPIs.
- Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
- Communicates with operations managers on training delivery and other topics where training is directly or indirectly related.
- Works closely with the learning department.
- Attends and participates in meetings with operations managers and Team leads to discuss outputs of training sessions.
- Provides and presents relevant information for Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Training Reports.
- This role will work with the Operational teams to support in the training delivery.
- Management practices, ensuring that all aspects and areas related to the Training processes and initiatives are reflected in the design and respected throughout the service.
- Native or proficient level of English (C1) - mandatory
- Excellent client management skills

- Experience of relevant training and coaching techniques
- Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds

- Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Porto, Portugal
- Availability to work in a 100% office in our Site in Porto
- Schedule is from Monday to Friday - 8h to 17h
- Experience as Trainer, Learning Specialist or Training Manager - mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree or directly related work experience
