About The Job
- The mission of the Training Officer is to provide a development service that enhances professional skills, encourages a culture of
- development, and supports employee engagement and mobility. The goal is to enable BNP Paribas to evolve by ensuring employees receive the necessary development and information to support the bank's strategy.
Your Main Activities Are
- Implement the Annual Training plan, upload, test, and assign trainings according to the annual roadmap.
- Produce relevant training reports and dashboards for stakeholders and regulators. Establish relationships with providers and stakeholders.
- Segment the population based on criteria such as newcomers, external staff, and classification, and follow up on session attendance, waiting lists, external registrations, and evaluations.

- face training sessions, gather feedback, and report. - Support other departments and training coordinators worldwide regarding training offerings.
- Report monthly on training campaign results, monitor and evaluate training effectiveness periodically.
- Coordinate sessions with providers, create them in the My Development tool, and manage system administration and cleaning.
- Set up and follow up on trainings from specifications to launch, and assist in designing training programs with appropriate learning methods.
- Participate in continuous process improvement, staying updated on training trends, developments, and best practices.
Profile And Skills To Success
- Degree in Human Resources or similar fields.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Learning and Development, Administrative Support, or relevant fields.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to develop and adapt processes.
- Client-focused attitude.
