About The Job

The mission of the Training Officer is to provide a development service that enhances professional skills, encourages
- development, and supports employee engagement and mobility. The goal is to enable BNP Paribas to evolve by ensuring employees receive the necessary development and information to support the Bank's strategy.

Your Main Activities Are

Implement the Annual Training plan, upload, test, and assign trainings according to the annual roadmap.
Produce relevant training reports and dashboards for stakeholders and regulators, establish relationships with providers and stakeholders.
Segment the population based on criteria such as newcomers, external staff, and other classifications. Manage session
- ups, waiting lists, external registrations, and evaluations.
Organize

- face training sessions, gather feedback, and report.
Support other departments and training coordinators worldwide regarding training offerings.
Provide monthly reports on training campaigns, monitor and evaluate training effectiveness periodically.
Coordinate sessions with providers and manage training creation in the My Development tool, including system administration and cleaning.
Set up and follow up on trainings from specifications to launch, assist in designing and developing training programs, selecting appropriate learning methods.
Participate in continuous process improvement and stay updated on training trends and best practices.
