Learning & Development Trainer

A key responsibility of this role is to design and deliver engaging training sessions (online, classroom, 1-on-1) to enhance the knowledge and skills of our employees.

To achieve this, you will need to create and update training materials to match evolving business needs. Additionally, you will coach and support new team members from day one, ensuring they settle into their roles quickly and effectively.

Your expertise will also be utilized to track progress and ensure learning goals are met.

The successful candidate will possess 6–12 months of experience in training or teaching and a proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely. A creative approach to training delivery is essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team.
