Job Overview
We are looking for a professional to join our team as a Training Project Manager, taking on a strategic role in the implementation and coordination of training and development initiatives. This professional will be responsible for managing challenging and high‑impact projects, focusing on the transformation and evolution of participants’ skills.
Responsibilities
- Planning, executing, and monitoring all phases of the project, ensuring deadlines, budget, and quality goals are met.
- Coordinating with trainers and internal teams of the involved companies, promoting effective communication and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Overseeing the logistics of training activities (both in‑person and online), ensuring resource optimisation.
- Managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring effective communication among interested parties.
- Monitoring performance indicators and ensuring regular reporting of project progress.
- Designing and implementing post‑training support strategies, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure the sustainability and practical application of the skills acquired by trainees.
- Planning and organising dissemination actions to communicate the project’s results, ensuring the communication of key milestones and impacts to the group companies and the broader community.
- Organising events, presentations, or workshops to share the project’s learnings and results, reinforcing the visibility and impact of the actions carried out.
Qualifications
- Pedagogical Training for Trainers (mandatory)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing training projects or medium‑scale initiatives
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, PM2, or Agile)
- Proven experience in upskilling or digital transformation projects
- Proficiency in project management tools and training platforms (LMS) (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
