Career Opportunity | Training Specialist in Porto!

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to lead training management and compliance initiatives supporting operations across North America.

You will regulate environment and ensure that all Technical-Corporate-Safety-Quality, and operational training requirements in MyLearning System are completed , tracked, and maintained in accordance with client expectations and training matrices standards.


Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage the global LMS (myLearning) as a Subject Matter Expert
- Oversee the training matrix and ensure on-time completion and KPI achievement
- Ensure compliance with Safety, GxP, GMP, and HSE requirements
- Deliver customized training reports to Quality and Management
- Conduct gap analysis and implement corrective actions to improve training effectiveness
- Support onboarding/offboarding activities and internal/external audits
- Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and best practices

What We’re Looking For
- Fluent level of English
- Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
- Proven experience managing training programs in regulated environments
- Solid knowledge of LMS platforms and training compliance standards
- Analytical mindset with a continuous improvement focus

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Facilities Management, Safety, Business, or related field)
- 1+ years of experience in Facilities, Safety, or Property Administration
- Demonstrated experience in training management or development
