Training Specialist (Lisbon, Portugal) Lisboa

Overview

We’re looking for a Training Specialist to join our team and deliver engaging,
- quality training programs that empower employees and support business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive training programs, including onboarding for new employees and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand learning needs and provide tailored training solutions.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, using adult learning principles to create engaging classroom experiences.
• Review and pilot newly designed training material, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
• Document participant progress and share insights with relevant stakeholders.

What we are looking for

• Proficient in French and English (German and/or Italian is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to engage employees at all levels.
• Experience transforming learning journeys into impactful training sessions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills — able to manage multiple assignments in a
  - paced environment.
• Proficient with MS Office 365 and comfortable conducting both virtual and
  - person training events.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to partner sites.
• Bonus: Experience with Learning Management Systems (e. g. , Workday Learning) and coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.
