As the Training Team Lead for the Reddit project, you’ll be at the forefront of enabling success in a
- impact B2B sales and digital marketing environment. Your mission is to lead and elevate a team of Trainers who empower our Customer Experts (CEs) to deliver exceptional results to business clients on one of the internet’s most influential platforms.

- based marketing strategies. In this role, you’ll shape training programs that align with Reddit’s goals, drive measurable improvements in sales and quality metrics, and ensure our teams stay ahead in the

What
- 'll do

• Lead and manage a team of Trainers, ensuring high performance and development;
• Identify training needs, trends, and gaps in collaboration with Operations and QA teams;
• Design, plan, and enhance training programs to improve performance and business outcomes;
• Ensure excellent delivery of onboarding, upskilling, and nesting training activities;
• Support process audits (e. g. , BEST T&D) and ensure compliance with internal and legal standards (e. g. , GDPR).

What
- 'll need

• Proven experience in managing people and training programs;
• B2B Sales and/or Digital Marketing experience;
• Strong training design and delivery expertise (classroom, digital, and blended formats);
• Excellent communication, public speaking, and leadership skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel;
• Strong analytical, planning, and
  - solving capabilities.
