your role:

As a Compliance Trainings Officer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for the effective delivery of learning programs

Main tasks and goals:

• Executes administrative tasks related to learning programs.

• Maintains accurate records in the LMS related to training activities.

• Supports with internal stakeholders (e. g. , Compliance officers, in France or abroad, internal trainers, trainees) to contribute to the successful delivery of learning programs.

• Contributes to the continuous update and improvement of the activity.

Bachelor's
Degree in Education, Human Resources, International Relations, Business Administration

or a related fields)

Good skills in Excel (Pivot table, Vlook
Up, Hlook
UP) and Office Pack

Prior knowledge of training functions will be a plus.

Soft skills:

• French B2 (mandatory)

• English B1 (mandatory)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize.
