Savills Portugal is currently undergoing a strong growth and intends to reinforce its Porto team with the integration of a Transaction Manager for its office in Porto.

Key tasks/ activities:

• Ensure compliance with the Department’s procedures;
• Verification and validation of all documentation for new listings and contracts;
• Management of all physical and digital archives;
• Management of all transactions’ compliance process;
• Creation of contacts and invoicing details on internal CRM;
• Administrative management of invoicing processes;
• Handle all sales processes as the point of contact between sellers and buyers at a latter stage of the transaction process;
• Monitoring of promissory contracts and deeds.

Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired:

• Degree in law, business administration or related field;
• Previous experience in compliance management will be a plus;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and Power Point);
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English;
• Ability to plan and organize;
• Rigor and excellence in task execution;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Team player and ease of communication;
• Proactivity, assertiveness, and resilience.
