Fórum Selecção is looking for a Transaction Screening Analyst (M/F) for a Corporate Bank (Porto) Main activities:
- Handles alerts generated by the tool regarding client payments, conducting a screening to categorize the nature of the alert (e. G. tech false, false or true) in compliance with the regulations of the organization;



- Detects true alerts and escalates these instances to corporate for deeper analysis using standard procedures and following operating guidelines;



- Detects false alerts and pursues standard procedures to implement corrective actions;



- Provides regular standard reports to senior management informing alert natures, status and potential issues that arise;



- Maintains accurate records of all transaction screening alerts and investigations, as well as any related documentation or reports. Profile and skills we look for:
- Qualifications Background in Management / Economics / Finance;



- Understands thefundamentals and principles of the role performed, showing sufficient background in a technical field;



- Knows standardized working methods, principles, processes and procedures, requiring the use of general facts and information and/or tools of low/medium complexity;



- Executes identical orsimilar activities and tasks requiring repetitive solutions by applying a limited set of defined and learned alternatives and rules or with easily available assistance;



- Performs routine activities with minimum level of autonomy. Outputs achieved are oriented, validated or controlled by senior colleagues / manager;



- Provides transactional information and supports to others or to operation of processes and/ or equipment;



- Requires some degree of awareness of the surrounding and interaction with
- workers within related activities;



- Promotes and defends the organization's reputation and values;



- Is aware and suggestsevents for the organization to participate and/or participates in job fairs, in order to promote and expand sources of talent and shares perspective about the culture of the organization;



- Recommends possible prospects that can integrate the organization and fit the organization's culture.

- Fluent English. Temporary project (6 months) with the possibility of renewal - Schedule between 9. 00 am and 6. 00 pm (Hybrid) - Location: Porto or Lisboa
