? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 4+ years of relevant experience in technical roles;
• Proficient in leading transformation programs and managing
  - entity projects;
• Experienced in implementing change management strategies;
• Solid IT background with deep understanding of infrastructure, APS, ADM, and business systems;
• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and coaching managers/project leaders;
• Expertise in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
