In order to meet our growing business demand, we are looking for the next generation of Transformation and Implementation Managers.

Highly motivated, professional, and charismatic business transformation professionals, who can lead the client´s operational teams in delivering financial results through the implementation of operational improvements programs.

Our responsibilities include:

-      Successful Implementation and delivery of Performance Improvement projects

-      Leading client teams through the transformation path to results sustainability

-      Identification and delivery of
- critical opportunities in innovative, digital and fast paced environments

-      Project / program management

-      Client and people management

-      Financial Reporting and Budget control

-      Team management and performance evaluation

-      People development, training and coaching in the transformation journey

Our requirements:

-      Strong business acúmen and gravitas

-      Experience in implementing transformational performance and deliver initiatives at the point of execution

-      Good data analysis / data driven operational and business mapping skills

-      Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques

-      Change and Transformation management experience

-      Immediate Availability

-      Delivery focus, energetic and good interpersonal skills

-      Analytical and conceptual thinking

-      Business transformation experience in Industry environment

-      Minimum of 5 years in transformation implementation experience (preferred)

-      Fluent in Portuguese, and English at professional level – key requirement

-      MSOffice Proficient (Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, …)

-      Availability for 100% travel and on site presence – no remote work available
