Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon, Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European entities. Over four years, it has expanded to over 400 employees across three office locations: Lisbon, Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope now includes entities in Africa, the Middle‑East, and India, and the operational scope covers Finance, Human Resources, and more.
Overview
This high‑visibility initiative will redefine the structure and value of our global HR function. As the Transformation Project Manager, you will spearhead the deployment of our updated Global Talent Acquisition Operating Model (TOM), ensuring alignment with business objectives and realizing full efficiency potential.
Responsibilities
- Account for organizational change management and drive a critical shift in our current HR ways of working.
- Own the tracking and realization of the change business case, reporting on cost avoidance and the realization of the updated organizational design.
- Lead the planning and execution of the TA COE Transformation Strategy, including design of training and communication to ensure adoption.
- Manage the end‑to‑end roadmap and facilitate workshops to eliminate roadblocks and finalize transition plans.
- Ensure approved blueprints are implemented correctly within our core HRIS (Workday) and maintain high‑quality process documents.
- Promote a C‑IMP approach and sustain a knowledge‑management protocol for continuity.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in large‑scale HR or Talent Acquisition transformation.
- Deep practical experience in the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, including job requisition management, Cost Per Hire, and Time‑to‑Fill metrics.
- Strong competency or certification in change management methodologies, with proven ability to manage resistance and build adoption strategies.
- Experience translating process blueprints into technical requirements for an HRIS platform (Workday experience is a major asset).
- Proven ability to manage a project budget and track financial realization against a detailed business case.
