We are looking for a Application Support (PL/SQL) to join us in Porto.

Responsibilities:

• Apply business, domain, and technical acumen to ensure understand Five9’s business objectives, products, development processes, cloud operations processes and release management processes.
• Migrate existing Engineering Processes and Tools of an acquired company to Five9 Processes and tools, including Azure to Jira, with minimal disruption.
• Manage the primary applications used by Product Engineering including Jira, Confluence, Domo and Jellyfish, as well as any new applications.
• Standardize use of applications as much as possible between the acquired company and Five9.
• View existing processes with a goal towards increasing automation
• Partner with teams across the company to understand their processes and how software tools can simplify those processes.

Requirements:

• Typically has a bachelor's degree in computer science or similar study with 2+ years related work.
• Ability to work with many different roles within the Product Engineering and Product Management organizations across the acquired company to provide unified tools and processes that meet their disparate needs.
• Experience in administering multiple Project Management Tools such as Jira, Monday, Azure and others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present information, status, and issues in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong
  - solving and analytical skills.
• High degree of flexibility, independence, initiative, and detail orientation.
• Fluency in English.
