Transition Production Manager

Position Overview
The Production Transition Manager oversees the entire transition process from project phase to Go Live and the related stabilization/guarantee period for core banking applications.
Main Responsibilities
- Create and execute detailed transition plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resources.
- Coordinate with project teams and departments to ensure alignment with transition objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate transition progress, addressing issues as they arise.
- Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders and manage resistance effectively.
- Organize and build the APS team and related upskilling to support new applications
- Go Live. - Organize training and support for staff during transition periods.
- Ensure the APS team aligns with the global target operating model provided by the group.
- Manage all production requirements to guarantee platform stability, resilience, and continuity as part of Go Live criteria, coordinating with other contributors (ADM, S&A).
- Follow up with Application Manager and Business Owner to ensure

- down strategies according to the Go Lives roadmap.
Technical Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing organizational transitions or change initiatives.
- Proven experience in Production environments.

- functional teams. - Expertise in project management, transition documentation, tools, and templates.
