Position Overview

The Production Transition Manager oversees the entire transition process from project phase to Go Live and the related stabilization/guarantee period for core banking applications.

Main Responsibilities

1. Create and execute detailed transition plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resources.
2. Coordinate with project teams and departments to ensure alignment with transition objectives.
3. Monitor and evaluate transition progress, addressing issues as they arise.
4. Communicate changes to relevant stakeholders and manage resistance effectively.
5. Organize and build the APS team and related upskilling to support new applications
   - Go Live.
6. Organize training and support for staff during transition periods.
7. Ensure the APS team aligns with the global target operating model provided by the group.
8. Manage all production requirements to guarantee platform stability, resilience, and continuity as part of Go Live criteria, coordinating with other contributors (ADM, S&A).
9. Follow up with Application Manager and Business Owner to ensure
   -
   - end alignment (team setup, upskilling, production budget) and service levels.
10. Identify
    - up and
    - down strategies according to the Go Lives roadmap.
