We are seeking highly skilled individuals proficient in Ukrainian and English to join our client's remote team. In this role, you will provide professional interpretation services to support effective communication and understanding. You will handle technical interpretations in specialized fields, ensuring precise and accurate conveyance of information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide interpretation services for Insurance, Legal, and Medical (General and Forensic) sectors.
• Interpret conversations accurately and precisely in Ukrainian and English via phone and video channels.
• Assist in bridging communication gaps between clients and service providers.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Stay updated with relevant terminology and
  - specific knowledge.
• Manage tasks efficiently across various communication channels.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Ukrainian and English (C1 level or higher, written and spoken).
• Valid Residence Permit for Portugal, Certificate of Temporary Protection, or EU nationality.
• Residence in Portugal is required.
• Previous experience in interpretation, especially in Insurance, Legal, or Medical fields, is desirable.
• Strong understanding of technical terminology in relevant fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively remotely.
• High professionalism and ethical standards.
• Stable internet connection and a quiet environment suitable for calls.
• Availability for rotational shifts, 24/7, with higher pay for Sundays, public holidays, and night hours.
