But when unexpected issues arise—damages, delays, or disputes—we need someone who can take charge, investigate, and resolve these challenges swiftly and professionally.

Your Role:
As a Transport Claims Assistant, you’ll be the main point of contact for managing
- related claims. Whether it’s a delayed delivery or vehicle damage, you’ll handle every case with a calm, analytical mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full ownership of the transport claims process, from initiation to resolution.
Investigate damages, delays, or lost vehicles with accuracy and fairness.
Communicate effectively with carriers, insurers, and internal teams to collect documentation.
Negotiate fair settlements and ensure timely resolutions.
Maintain thorough records and report trends to support operational improvements.
Be an ambassador for transparency, professionalism, and partnership.
What You Bring:
Minimum 2 years of experience in claims handling, preferably in logistics or transport.
Excellent
- solving and analytical skills.
Structured and calm under pressure.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Familiarity with transport documentation and freight regulations (a plus).
Self-motivated and confident managing multiple cases simultaneously.
Fluency in English (other European languages are a bonus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

What We Offer:
Base salary: €1, 800 gross/month
Meal allowance: €6 per working day
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Work model: Hybrid (Lisbon-based)
