In this position, you would be a Customer Service Representative for one of the world's largest package delivery companies that provides specialized transportation. Every day, they manage the flow of goods, funds, and information in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide.

Your responsibilities as a Transportation Specialist will include:

1. Mentoring and presenting service information to customers;
2. Providing the best possible answers and solutions to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or social media;
3. Delivering calm and resourceful troubleshooting for customer queries regarding their experience;
4. Coordinating with other departments and redirecting cases and issues accordingly;
5. Participating in the success of your department.

What’s in it for you?

• Type of contract: 12 months, limited but renewable
• Working hours: Full-time (40h/week) on rotating shifts between 7 am and 9:30 pm
• Salary options:

a) Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 950€ gross/month

b) Excluding accommodation: 1400€ gross/month

For international candidates:

• Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months
