Mission

AXA’s One Workplace Strategic Program is aiming at standardizing Workplace IT-services across all entities of the Group.

For achieving this, a solid catalogue of modern workplace solutions has been developed covering different
- domains: devices, virtual desktop, collaboration, and meeting experience.

By end of 2025, these solutions should be adopted by 130K users distributed across 45+ operating companies.

Apart from drastically improving user experience, the target workplace solutions were designed based on public cloud services, enabling AXA to rationalize their IT-investments in
- premises datacenters.
