We are looking for an Transversal Project Manager!

Responsabilities:

• Create centralized “Cybersecurity services” within group from Ideation up to Go live as per the existing Third-Party Risk Management process, governance and methodology
• Work with Cybersecurity SMEs + Intra-group Provider to frame the services scope, deliverables, delivery process, etc…
• Work with Functions’ SMEs (Tax, Legal, Compliance, Data, …) to identify the main risks related to providing a given activity from a given territory
• Mitigate the risks by defining, following and executing actions to meet SMEs conditions (as defined in the corresponding Risk Assessment)
• Contribute to the deployment of the CDF Xshore program in Portugal, India and Poland è Support the current project manager on CDF initiatives (i. E.
  - projects) from Ideation up to Go live as per defined Third-Party Risk Management process, governance and methodology
• Provide operational support to CDF teams in their implementation of the extended team in Portugal, India and Poland, organize change management for onshore teams
• Work with SMEs (Tax, Legal, Compliance, Data, …) to identify the main risks
• Mitigate the risks by defining, following and executing actions to meet SMEs conditions (as defined in the risk assessment of the Xshore program)
• Elaborate the contract (SLA, billing process) between CDF Department and each location concerned, and supervise the contracting
• Report at IT Group CDF level (monthly steering committee) and at IT Group Central level (ex:
  
  to Sourcing teams with project card, risks…).

Requirements:

• Project management
• Risk Knowledge & outsourcing awareness
• General knowledge on IT topics, or IT Risk and Cyber Security
• Knowledge of data protection regulatory landscape, internal policies and standards
• Knowledge of major frameworks, issues and developments regarding Law and Regulation.
• Ability to Synthesize/Simplify.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Rigor, attention to detail and ability to act as critical thinker.
• Proactive, act as a critical thinker (Proficient)
• Ability to explain and manage the Change
• Ability to understand defined Governance and Methodology, to elaborate transversal process.
• Fluency in English.
