Travel & Expense Services Team Leader (f/m/div)

If so, you might be the one! We’re currently looking for a Travel & Expense Services Team Lead to join our Procurement organization in Porto.
Job Description
In this role, you will set the direction for your team and drive them to achieve their goals. With a focus on standardization, digitalization, and automation, you'll develop and maintain compliant travel expense reimbursement procedures aligned with Infineon's global strategy.
In your new role, you will:
- Develop and maintain compliant and reliable travel expense reimbursement procedures that align with Infineon's travel landscape, processes, and strategy.
- Strive for standardization, harmonization, efficiency, digitalization, and automation of travel expense reimbursement processes across multiple countries.
- Manage operational services with proper planning and resource utilization, ensuring
- quality service delivery according to SLAs and service catalog. - Lead, coach, and support the Travel and Expense Services team.
- Contribute to Operational Excellence by measuring and analyzing team performance, identifying improvement areas, and implementing process enhancements. Foster digitalization using RPA, AI, and other technologies. Handle escalations, manage knowledge, and ensure compliance with rules, guidelines, and legal requirements (tax).
- Collaborate on global,
- functional projects (e. g. , support for Concur Expense deployment, change management, training) and drive related subprojects impacting the area (e. g. , Service
Now implementation).

- functionally in multinational teams are highly valued. Additionally, you are
- minded, adaptable, and have a proven track record in navigating complex, dynamic environments.
You are best suited for this role if you have:
- A Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a similar field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a Service Center environment; an accounting/finance background is advantageous.
- Experience in leading teams, especially in international settings.
- Knowledge of Travel and Expenses processes is preferred.
- ERP expertise (SAP FI and/or Concur) is a plus.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
