Job Description:

We are now recruiting a Travel & Expenses Analyst to join our Travel & Expenses team in Lisbon.

Responsibilities - your mission

• Perform audits on travel and
  - travel related expenses according to local tax laws and legal requirements and in line with company directives.
• Ensure that any reimbursement has the support of documentation such as invoices, tickets, receipts, etc.
• Perform second level analysis for Internal Control (esp. Third parties, G&H) considering local law and Airbus regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Airbus Policies/guidelines, E&C, Risk management, and
  - specific Tax regulations.
• Administrate the corporate credit card program, managing applications, controlling the usage, and ensuring the cancelation in case of resignation of the user.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

Applicants must have:

• Fluent English and French
• Strong focus on Customer
• Attention to detail, resistance to stress, and an
  - going personality
• Ability to communicate clearly with
  - users, peers, and management
• Strong knowledge of standard office software (GOOGLE workplace)
• Good awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity

Applicants ideally should have:

• SAP experience
• Experience in a customer interface role
• Autonomy, proactiveness, and capacity to take initiatives
• Strong commitment to learn, develop, grow, and build a career inside T&E
