Based in Lisbon, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient processes, accurate documentation, and seamless project execution. You’ll be the
- to person for credit card administration, onboarding activities, and compliance monitoring, helping drive continuous improvement and stakeholder alignment. If this is you, we’d love to talk. ## ## ## **What You Will Do*** Project Coordination: Organize timelines, access requirements, and team responsibilities across global initiatives. * Credit Card Administration: Act as the main contact for providers and Corporate Treasury, supporting transitions and issue resolution. * Process Documentation: Create and maintain guides for travel administration workflows. * System Access Management: Manage access rights and role assignments across platforms. * Compliance Monitoring: Track overdue transactions and coordinate
- ups to ensure audit readiness. * Onboarding & Expansion: Support onboarding activities and expansion into new countries and company codes. * Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with HR, Finance, Tax, and other teams to align processes and drive improvements. ## ## ## **Who You Are*** University degree or equivalent business understanding* Minimum 5 years’ experience in business environments, ideally in project coordination or shared services* Familiarity with Concur and Workday is a plus; ability to learn systems quickly is essential* Organized, proactive, and
