This role is key to maintaining efficient processes and excellent service standards. ## ## **What You Will Do*** **Process T&E Reports:** Review and validate travel and expense reports in HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies. * **Verify Documentation:** Check receipts and related documents, performing quality audits to meet legal and internal standards. * **Customer Support:** Respond to employee and manager inquiries, providing guidance and ensuring data completeness in Concur. * **Follow-Up Actions:** Coordinate with employees, managers, and external providers to resolve discrepancies and maintain process integrity. * **Ticket Management:** Handle requests via Serv
