3. Attracting potential customers by answering questions about car rental bookings, suggesting options, and providing information to meet customer needs.
4. Gathering information from new customers and entering it into the platform.
5. Processing and responding promptly to contact requests.

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese (C1+) and good knowledge of English (B2).
• Availability to work in shifts and rotating schedules.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and team spirit.
• Valid Work Permit from Portugal or EU ID.
