Job Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the first point of contact for viewers and act as a critical brand ambassador. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about addressing our clients' customers' needs and providing excellent service.
2. Assist viewers via phone, chat, and email regarding various queries.
3. Provide account and application support to viewers, particularly concerning software functionality.
4. Offer technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings.
5. Provide accurate,
   - time responses to viewers' inquiries.
6. Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in French at C2 level and intermediate English skills.
