Travel Agent – German, French or Italian Speaking
Location: Portugal (Lisbon-based, hybrid or fully remote)
Salary: €26, 000 – €32, 000 (depending on experience with GDS systems)

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver
  -
  - class, personalized support to travellers through phone, chat, or email.
• Resolve travel and technical issues – from general inquiries to urgent
  - minute changes.
• Stay
  -
  - date on travel trends, platforms, and company tools to offer accurate,
  - quality assistance.
• Collaborate with global teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
• Share insights and feedback with internal teams to support product and service improvements.
• Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Fluent/native in either German, French, or Italian (oral and written) plus English fluency (B2 level or above).
• Experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or hospitality industry.
• GDS experience is mandatory – with systems such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo.
• Performance and
  - driven mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a personalized approach to customer interaction.
• Collaborative team player who thrives on feedback and growth.
• Proficient with tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce, and comfortable learning new platforms.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  Shift coverage: Monday to Sunday, 7 AM – 10 PM.
