Your responsibilities

• Quick and effective customer assistance with questions regarding hotel bookings
• Solve inquiries on topics such as hotel overbooking, incorrect bookings, and updates of existing bookings
• Professional management of customer data, booking changes, adjustments, and any other customer concerns
• Customer care for various partner companies in the Expedia network

Requirements

• Native or C2 level of German
• Fluent level of English
• Previous experience in customer service within online or face to face environments (not mandatory)
• Previous experience and/or education within the Tourism sector (not mandatory)
• Good listener, patient person with excellent soft skills
• Good team player
• Ability to work under pressure with deadlines and be able to solve issues with customers
