Your responsibilities:

• Providing quick and effective customer assistance regarding hotel bookings.
• Resolving inquiries related to hotel overbooking, incorrect bookings, and updates of existing reservations.
• Managing customer data, booking modifications, adjustments, and other customer concerns professionally.
• Customer care for various partner companies within the Expedia network.

Requirements

• Native or C2 level proficiency in German.
• Fluent in English.
• Previous experience in customer service within online or
  -
  - face environments (not mandatory).
• Previous experience and/or education in the tourism sector (not mandatory).
• Good listening skills, patience, and excellent soft skills.
• Team player.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, resolving customer issues effectively.
