We are looking for a Travel Agent with experience supporting Pharma clients, responsible for managing hotel and transportation bookings using Amadeus. The role is based in Lisbon hybrid model. .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and confirm accommodation and transport reservations for Pharma clients.
• Daily use of Amadeus to create, modify, and cancel bookings.
• Provide
  - quality service to corporate clients, ensuring compliance with travel policies.
• Handle
  - minute changes and resolve
  - related issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with suppliers and international partners.
• Ensure accuracy of bookings, fares, and documentation.
• Communicate fluently in Portuguese and English.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Travel Agent or similar role.
• Experience with Pharma clients (preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Amadeus.
• Fluent Portuguese.
• High level of English
• Strong attention to detail and
  - oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in an
  - site or hybrid environment.
