We are looking for a Travel Agent with experience supporting Pharma clients , responsible for managing hotel and transportation bookings using Amadeus. The role is based in Lisbon hybrid model. .

Key Responsibilities

Manage and confirm accommodation and transport reservations for Pharma clients.

Daily use of Amadeus to create, modify, and cancel bookings.

Provide
- quality service to corporate clients, ensuring compliance with travel policies.

Handle
- minute changes and resolve
- related issues efficiently.

Coordinate with suppliers and international partners.

Ensure accuracy of bookings, fares, and documentation.

Communicate fluently in Portuguese and English.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Travel Agent or similar role.

Experience with Pharma clients (preferred).

Strong working knowledge of Amadeus.

Fluent Portuguese.

High level of English

Strong attention to detail and

Ability to work in an
