Responsibilities

• Be responsible for team
  - related tasks, such as supporting the setup of yearly targets, evaluating analysts’ performance and development, coaching and training the teams, and supporting team members in projects
• Monitor the team's performance and workload, and escalate issues to local teams
• Be involved with the overall coordination of
  - related topics
• Check the execution of customer requests while harmonizing and implementing new processes
• Frequently exchange information with all internal customers and report to the management

Your Profile

• A University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a similar field of studies
• At least 5 years of experience in Travel & Expenses Coordination or Accounting field
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power
  Point
• Experience with SAP / Concur and/or Service Now is welcome
• Fluency in English (mandatory) – German is an advantage
