Your Role

• Expense Processing: Process travel and expense claims, including invoice validation. Monitor the delivery of missing information/documents to ensure reimbursement of employees.
• Compliance and Quality: Ensure alignment with Infineon Travel and Expenses Processes and Guidelines. Ensure data quality of expense claims and perform quality control.
• Improvement and Collaboration: Work with the team and other process teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Payment Process: Perform payment run processes.

Your Profile

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Language Studies, or a similar field.
• Technical Skills: Good command of Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Working Style: Attention to detail and focus on quality, ensuring high‑quality processes.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
