Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or online, depending on client requirements.
• Assist customers with routine issues regarding products and services, providing effective solutions.

Skills

• Proficient in Dutch and English, both oral and written;
• Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred);
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree is a plus;
• Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).

Benefits

What do we offer?

• 6-month renewable contract;
• Base salary of €1100/month;
• Meal allowance: €7. 23 per day;
• Performance bonus: €100/month;
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:00;
• Days off: Saturday and Sunday;
• Location: Remote (Portugal).
