dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Specialists

to join our

Travel Assistance team for the German Market

. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for travelers facing unexpected situations — providing essential support and guidance when they need it most.

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to travelers facing various situations (accidents, breakdowns, etc. ) via phone, email, and chat
• Coordinate with service providers and partners to ensure timely and seamless support
• Accurately document all interactions and resolutions
• Remain calm and supportive under pressure

Requirements:

• Fluency in
  
  German
  
  (written and spoken – mandatory)
• Good knowledge of
  
  English
• Previous experience in customer service (travel, insurance, or related field preferred)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong
  - solving abilities and proactive mindset
• Clear, empathetic, and effective communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work in
  
  rotating shifts
  
  (including nights and weekends)
