Your responsibilities and impact as Travel Booking Specialist will be:

Representing an innovative online travel agency offering worldwide flights, hotels, and accommodation

Managing customer queries in a
- oriented environment via phone and email

Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails with efficiency and professionalism

Assisting clients with bookings, upgrades, rescheduling, claims, and other
- related needs

Providing advice on travel options including financial considerations, dates, destinations, and packages

Managing bookings and reservations, including alterations, cancellations, and issuing tickets

Working with the
- office team to process modifications and cancellations

Ensuring
- quality service, customer satisfaction, and building loyalty

Growing your skills in the aviation industry with opportunities for internal progression

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native level of French and at least a B2 level of English

Preferably 6 months of previous experience in Customer Service or Technical Support in a call center

Strong communication skills, both written and spoken

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure

Enthusiastic, proactive, and a
- starter

Team player with good analytical skills

Customer and
- oriented approach

EU Citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit is required

What’s in it for you?

Contract type: 6-month
- term contract

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM

Salary package:

€890 gross/month x 14 months

Up to €100/month performance bonus

Up to €70/month complexity bonus

Meal vouchers of €7. 23 per workday

Reimbursement of some transport costs

Private health insurance and dental plan after 6 months

Relocation package (for international candidates):

Reimbursement of initial flight ticket (up to €400) after 6 months with the company
