Role Description

We’re looking for a Travel Consultant / Sales & Customer Experience Assistant to join our core team in Cascais. This is a
- time,
- site role focused on sales, client interaction, and
- end travel planning.

You’ll work directly with inbound leads — responding quickly to inquiries, crafting custom proposals, and closing deals. Once booked, you'll ensure every detail is flawlessly executed and maintain contact to ensure client satisfaction. You’ll be part of a small, expert team delivering unforgettable experiences to travelers who expect nothing less than excellence.

What we are looking for:

• Strong background in sales, client management, or luxury travel consulting
• Experience working with
  - income or VIP clientele
• Fluent in English (mandatory);
  
  
  
  other languages such as
  Portuguese or Spanish are a plus
• Natural communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a
  - paced, professional environment
• Knowledge of Portuguese culture, destinations, and hospitality is a plus
• Previous experience in tourism or
  - end hospitality is preferred
