Your Responsibilities as a
Travel Customer Experience Advisor
:
- Assist Travelers: Support customers via calls, emails, and chat with inquiries, bookings, and complaints.
- Manage Reservations: Create, change, or cancel flights;
issue tickets;
handle
- office tasks. - Enhance the Journey: Provide clear information and tailored solutions to ensure smooth, positive travel experiences.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- Spanish (C1) + French (B2) OR Spanish (C1) + English (B2) OR French (C1) + English (B2)
- Experience in Customer Support is mandatory
- Previous experience as a tourism or travel representative is a plus
- High School Diploma
