Handle travel insurance cases (property damage, liability, incidents, etc. )Manage and resolve complex cases with discretion
Analyze safety and claims issues and suggest actionable insights
Keep user data accurate and confidential
Make sure every client feels heard, supported, and valued
What we’re looking for:1+ year experience in claims, fraud detection, or damage assessment
Confident handling compensation and
- related communication
Fluent French or Italian , and advanced English (C1)Tech-savvy, with great attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
Compassionate, reliable, and a natural communicator
