- scope travel needs — from newcomers to contractors and family assignments — ensuring seamless experiences and full compliance with company policies.

responsabilidades chave

As a Travel Officer, you will play a key role in delivering smooth, tailored travel experiences for unique cases within the organization. Your focus will be on:

Planning and managing
- standard travel arrangements efficiently and in compliance with policy.

Using travel management tools (e. g. , SAP Concur) to coordinate bookings, budgets, and itineraries.

Handling
- minute changes and resolving booking issues proactively.

Supporting new hires by managing their onboarding travel logistics.

Organizing family assignment travel and ensuring smooth coordination for accompanying dependents.

Managing travel bookings for contractors in alignment with internal procedures.

Creating detailed,
- free travel plans, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.

competências

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Logistics, or related fields.

At least 5 years of experience in the travel industry (e. g. , hotels, logistics, airlines, visa handling).

Hands-on experience with travel tools such as SAP Concur or similar.

Strong organizational and time management skills — you're on top of every detail.

Proactive mindset and resilience in the face of changes and challenges.

Ability to communicate clearly and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

A
