Your responsibilities

• Manage bookings: create, modify, or cancel reservations via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients during the
  - sales process by answering questions and handling requests.
• Support
  - office operations such as ticket issuing, modifications, and cancellations.

Your profile

• Native level of German and good command of English.
• Strong interest in travel and the tourism industry.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Customer-service mindset: attentive, proactive, and
  - oriented.
• Energetic, innovative, and comfortable working in a
  - paced environment.
• Excited about intercultural exchange and the expat lifestyle.
• Already living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon.
• Valid Portuguese work permit (mandatory).

What’s in it for you?

• Contract: 12-month contract from the first day of training (fully paid).
• Working hours: Full-time, 40h/week – rotating shifts Monday to Sunday between 8 AM and 10 PM.
• Salary package:
  • €1, 235/month × 14 salaries/year

  €150/month bonus

Meal vouchers: €6/workday
