Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be:

• Managing bookings (altering, canceling, or creating reservations) via phone, email, and chat
• Assisting clients with inquiries during the
  - sales process and handling requests related to reservations
• Managing
  - office tasks such as ticket issuing, modifications, and cancellations
• Ensuring excellent customer experience through professional and friendly support

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Native-level German speaker with good English skills
• Enthusiasm for travel and the tourism industry
• Awareness of the value of delivering an excellent customer experience
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Proactive, energetic, and comfortable working at a fast pace
• Excited about intercultural communication and expatriate life
• Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career
• Valid Portuguese work permit required

What’s in it for you?

• Contract type: 12-month contract from day one (training is fully paid)
• Probation period: 30 days
• Working hours: Full-time (40h/week), rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, 8 am – 10 pm
• Salary package:
  • €1235 gross/month × 14 payments
  • €150 monthly bonus
  • €6 meal voucher per workday
