Your responsibilities

• Manage reservations by phone email and chat including new bookings changes and cancellations
• Assist clients with inquiries during the
  - sales process
• Process ticket issuance and booking updates in the reservations system
• Deliver clear helpful and friendly support to ensure excellent customer satisfaction

Who you are

• You speak
  - level German and have a good command of English
• You are enthusiastic about the tourism sector and helping people
• You are a strong communicator and attentive listener
• You work well in dynamic and
  - paced environments
• You are motivated proactive and
  - oriented
• You are ready to relocate to Lisbon and have a valid Portuguese work permit

• Gross salary of 1235 euros x14 per year plus 150 euro monthly bonus
• Meal allowance of 6 euros per working day
• Full-time contract 40 hours per week with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 8 AM and 10 PM
