We are looking for a Treasury, Credit and Collections Manager to join our Shared Services Center in Oporto.

Responsibilities

• Manage treasury operations to ensure the effective implementation of the Nors’ financial strategy and compliance with established policies and objectives
• Support the finance department in decisions related to financing, debt management, and the control of foreign exchange and interest rate risks
• Manage the Nors’ credit risk exposure, ensuring that risk assessment, monitoring, and mitigation activities are aligned with internal policies and risk management frameworks
• Lead, guide and develop a global team, promoting motivation, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, tax regulations and internal controls
• Monitor performance indicators (SLAs and KPIs)
• Support internal and external audits and participate in continuous improvement projects
• Promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement: lead process standardization, simplification and harmonization across geographies; identify and implement automation opportunities

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or related fields
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within multinational environments or Shared Services Centers
• Experience in process improvement and automation
• SAP experience is a plus
• Excellent analytical and
  - solving skills
• Strong results orientation and commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders and drive positive organizational transformation
• Fluency in English
